According to professionals, having a solid morning routine plays an essential role in setting the tone of your day. Research supports that doing this can not only help boost your energy levels but also improve your productivity. For example, did you know that creating your to-do list as soon as you wake up is not ideal because it signals your brain to go into panic mode?
