If there is one positive thing that I can thank our stay at home situation is that aside from spending time with my family, I also spent cooking and baking in the kitchen. And dahil ayaw naman namin ng the usual ulam dishes everyday, it was a challenge for me to come up with dishes na namimiss na din namin kainin sa labas.
And if you're following me on my IG Story, madalas kami sa Max's ng fambam because of Sisig Tofu. Kaya naman naisipan ko din syang gayahin para maiba naman. After hours of searching for recipe, and trying for 3x na, nakuha na namin ang lasa or malapit lapit sa lasa ng Max's (according to daddykins and Sofi). Yaaay! Btw, hindi sya makulay dahil hindi ko sya nilagyan ng sili, or nilagyan masyado ng black pepper dahil I have to keep in mind that #TeamSofIsha will also eat. Kaya dapat kid-friendly when I prepare our dishes.
