It was a night of celebration as Donny’s Choice fresh seafood, the Philippines largest seafood company and BR Group Thailand, the world’s largest purveyor of ducks collaborated in this years’ grandest product launch, DUCK DAY MANILA 2019, held at Conrad Hotel & Resort.
It was my first time (I think) to taste duck dishes and I'm surprised na madami palang pwedeng pag luto ito and it can be an alternative to chicken - pero mas malasa sya and mas thicker ang texture.
