Fun-filled summer for JKC members at Jollitown Funtasy Land

Jollibee invites kids to experience the most exciting and fun-filled summer together with the whole Jollitown gang in Jollitown Funtasy Land. The question he always asks himself is, “What else can I put?”

Even before the collaboration, Anne admits she was a customer of googoo&gaga apparel for her daughter. She says, “I love just how alive their prints are, and that stayed with me.  I always thought if we went into a kids’ line, they would be a great  brand to work with. Interestingly, we started with an adult line with them".

“We do very colorful, and sometimes wild things, and so with this project, we have something to offer the market that prefers simpler, more basic things.  We were ready to do something that could appeal to more people.” Audrey adds. 

So when Thread 365 was conceptualizing its summer collection for 2015, the partnership became inevitable.

Giordano launches Avengers collection for kids

I know we are all so excited for the upcoming Avengers: Age of Ultron movie. I know some of you already reserved their tickets! And we can't wait for the movie especially after watching the trailer. And I can't wait to share with you that before the youngest fans troop to the cinemas, Giordano Junior will launch a special Avengers collection for kids on April 15! 


Items in the collection evoke some of the main themes in the hit Marvel movie such as courage, sportsmanship and teamwork. The pieces also feature the Avengers: Ironman, Captain America, The Hulk, Thor, Black Widow and Hawkeye. 

The collection, aptly named Every Kid can be a hero, incorporates the Avengers’ elements into the trendy baseball fashion. Fabrics and prints show athletic influence. Baseball elements like classic black and white stripes and number prints are present in every piece.

Family fun at Jollitown Funtasy Land

Had a fun-filled Saturday morning with Sofi and the rest of the Jollibee Kids Club members last weekend at Jollitown Funtasy Land held at SMX Convention Center. Since it was our first time to join and attend the Jollitown, we didn't know what to expect but to enjoy everything that Jollitown organizers prepared for us. And we were not disappointed! Sofi enjoyed trying out the velcro wall, finding our way out of the maze and our highlight of our morning was meeting the whole gang of Jollitown!


Kudos to Jollibee for organizing a fun afternoon to all Jollibee Kids Club members and their families with magical summer adventure, rainbow slide and wishing well. We also explored the Funtasy Land by foot and rode the ready for action Jollitram.

Jollitown opened its doors from 9am-2pm and 3-8pm. With so much sightseeing and adrenaline-filled activities, we never ran out of things to try and discover. Scroll down for virtual field-trip. :)

And with the summer heat, we hope this giant twirl is real. Haha!

Aside from playing, JKC members and families were treated with langhap-sarap favorites and special booths were set up where you can also purchase special Jollitown souvenirs and special token filled with Jollibee goodies.

We also had fun at the enchanted maze. I let her lead the way.

How I wish I could try this too. Haha! Naiinggit daw ba? :P Though Sofi can't jump real high I asked one of the kuya to stick her in the wall for picture purposes. Haha! :D

Dingdangdong Clingers. Sofi told me that she's channeling her inner Anna from Frozen while going up this wall. LOL

These one of a kind play areas delivered hours of family fun and opened up opportunities for them to make friends with fellow JKC members.

Nickelodeon and Bagdasarian Productions are bringing Alvin, Simon, Theodore, and The Chipettes back to TV screens in the all-new, CG-animated series ALVINNN!!!! and The Chipmunks. Premiering on May 8 at 7:30 PM on Nickelodeon, the new series reunites Janice Karman and Ross Bagdasarian, the duo behind the original 1980s animated series and three blockbuster feature films, and will mark the return of the franchise to television after 20 years.

Follow the adventures of Alvin, Simon, Theodore, and The Chipettes as they face growing up in the all-new, CG-animated series ALVINNN!!!! and The Chipmunks.

Body Tune: The Traditional Thai Massage experience

For the past weeks I've been experiencing back pain, shoulder pain and leg cramps. With the everyday stress, daily routines and activities, house chores, taking care of my daughter and hubby, being a commuter blogger (the struggle is real when you take the MRT everyday and I know a lot of you can relate. :D) my body is in dire need of a head to toe pampering sesh. Though I badly needed a massage I was not able to get around to do it. Good thing is Mommy Bloggers of the Philippines treated us mommies to a one-hour of pure bliss. Aaahhh!!


Body Tune: The Traditional Thai Massage is located at the 5th floor, Building B of SM Megamall. I'm familiar with Body Tune but didn't know they offer a lot of services aside from the massage.

Before our sesh we were given an opportunity to tour the place. Body Tune has 10 masseuse that can attend to you. You can also call them for appointments or be a walk-in guest. While waiting for your turn you can also try their mani/pedi services or get a facial treatment.


Before the massage you can opt to try their dry sauna and have a quick shower. Too bad I was not able to experience the sauna since I am mostly excited to have a massage right way. hehe! :)

For your valuable stuff you can keep them in your locker inside your room.

The smile of excitement! Hahaha! My masseuse name was Sol and she explained to me the difference of each massages such as shiatsu, thai massage, balinese, swedish. Honestly, hindi ako familiar with the different types of massages since I always tell the masseuse lang or point to them what body part need attention the most. Since I have pointed out to her what I needed (back and shoulder blades), my body need a balinese kind of massage. 


I researched what balinese means and according to wikipedia Balinese massage techniques include acupressure, skin rolling and flicking, firm and gentle stroking, percussion, and application of essential oils. The practitioner may also apply stone massage. The combination of manual therapy and aromatherapy is intended not only to relax the patient and loosen facial restrictions, but to stimulate the lymphatic system and the flow of blood.


After a relaxing 1 hour we were offered hot tea and hot towel.

A very, very satisfied me! hahahah! Promise! I felt so relieved afterwards. Good job to my masseuse, Sol! :)

Join the fun at Banana Boat Family Futbol Festival

Adults and children alike used to have a knack for outdoor activities until gadgets came into the picture when kids may tend to hibernate indoors. Instax DIY Year 2

With the technology nowadays, if you'll notice our pictures are either in our phone, tablet, laptop or any gadgets except on-hand or print-out. I remember my mom keeps on complaining since she's not into technology, she wants to have an actual pic of us esp her apo's to show to her friends. She wants a real album with real pictures. hehe! Once I borrowed an instax camera from a friend since I have boxes of films from my previous instax event, we took lots of pictures and my mom happily tucked all our pictures in her purse. 


And recently, I found ways to keep our instax photos in various ways to display and bring the most precious memories with us everywhere.


I attended the Instax DIY Day Year 2 held at Shutter Master Pro, QC. We learned to maximize the usage of instax and convenient ways to display our photos.

The event place was filled with colorful candies, cupcakes and instagram worthy photos.

Blogger Reese Lansangan showed us how we can decorate our instax photos and make it as keychains by binding all instax photos together.

Fashion Blogger Verniece Enciso taught us how to make our lives easier with organizing labels. If you follow her instagram you will see that she capture each pair of her shoes and use the photos as labels for her shoeboxes.

Calendars will no longer just numbers as Camie Juan showed us how she make her own calendar by pasting her favorite instax photos to save the date for special occasions.

Fashion stylist and photoblogger RJ Roque taught us how to enhance you photography skills with double exposure.

At the event we played a mini game where we were grouped into 5. And since it was a DIY event, we were task to make a DIY of our photos.

We decided to have our individual photo as if we're touching each other's hands then we put them together as if we're holding hands. Put a little bling on our photos to make it more livelier. Cute, right?
